Effective fiscal policy management is a key aspect of economic stability and development in all countries, especially in the face of global and regional economic instability. Fiscal policy plays a primary role in mitigating macroeconomic disturbances and stimulating economic growth through various stabilization and development measures. Therefore, research into its effectiveness, as well as the impact of these measures on economic aggregates, is a vital aspect for understanding economic mechanisms and formulating adequate economic policies. The research in this doctoral dissertation is focused on a comprehensive analysis of stabilization and development aspects of fiscal policy in different economic conditions, with special emphasis on the Republic of Serbia and the countries of the European Union. The dissertation will offer an overview and critical analysis of fiscal measures that have been applied in the context of economic crises, as well as those aimed at long-term economic development.

“Data exchange” service offers individual users metadata transfer in several different formats. Citation formats are offered for transfers in texts as for the transfer into internet pages. Citation formats include permanent links that guarantee access to cited sources. For use are commonly structured metadata schemes : Dublin Core xml and ETUB-MS xml, local adaptation of international ETD-MS scheme intended for use in academic documents.
