Patients transport is a very important part of the medical
services. It shouldn’t negatively affect the patient's health. Vibrations
as a result of various transport factors have the greatest impact on its
quality. That’s why the system for improving patient transport quality
based on vibration comfort is of great importance.
The aim of the research is to improve the conditions of the
patients and the medical personnel transport by using advanced
information technologies. For this purpose, a client server information
system is developed.
The client part of the information system is developed as the
Android application which measure transport comfort. The client part
of the information system is developed as an android application that
measures the comfort of transportation. It sends measured values to the
server part of the system for centralized review and processing.
The server part of the information system, developed as a Java
web application, collects information from all the client’s applications
and performs a central processing. It enables generation of the road
map as well as various of other analyzes across the dataset.
The patient's sensitivity to transportation comfort depending on
his medical condition was also analyzed. The patient's sensitivity to

analyzed. As a result, tables of classifications and adjustments of the
desired comfort level according to the patient's medical condition were
created.
In accordance with the complexity of the problem, machine
learning techniques have been implemented for more precise transport
comfort level classification. Three types of classifiers have been trained
and successfully tested. The obtained results are presented and
compared.

“Data exchange” service offers individual users metadata transfer in several different formats. Citation formats are offered for transfers in texts as for the transfer into internet pages. Citation formats include permanent links that guarantee access to cited sources. For use are commonly structured metadata schemes : Dublin Core xml and ETUB-MS xml, local adaptation of international ETD-MS scheme intended for use in academic documents.
