Abstract (en)
From modern machine systems is expected to increase productivity (as many
processing units per unit of time). Accordingly, the processing speeds must
be significantly increased. With the increase in processing speed, it is expected
to increase the number of revolutions. Increasing the number of revolutions
most affects the transmission system elements of the machine system.
The thesis focuses on the mounting of the threaded spindle, which is carried
out via bearings of type ZKLF, the world leading manufacturer Schaeffler
Technologies GmbH & Co. KG („INA“).The increased number of revolutions
carries the increase of friction in the ball bearings itself, and with this
the amount of newly created heat energy is higher. The created heat greatly
affects deformations in the system itself.The aim of this dissertation is to
study the constructive -tribological parameters of ball bearings with angular
contact type ZKLF from the aspect of optimal basic function. These relevant
influence parameters will then be identified, and then a mathematical model
will be defined which will describe the behavior of the mentioned bearing
type in real exploitation conditions, taking into account the thermal stability
of the ball bearing. Given that this is a very complicated process occurring
in the bearing when it is in operational state, the final result will be shown in
the form of a temperature field which will be a sublimation image of the interaction
of the constructive - tribological parameters for the aforementioned
system of mounting. Due to the more pronounced nonlinearity between the
influence parameters, the ANFIS network was used to define their functional
dependence.
Experimental and numerical methods were used for the study to predict the
behavior of ball bearings with angular contact in real exploitation conditions.
