Abstract (en)
This Ph.D. thesis introduces a new innovative approach of managing and planning of risk based production resources, in which, along with several target functions, that describe the system efficiency, include the risk that may appear from different sources. Real constraints represent the connection between different sources, including the assurance of product quality and safety at work.
In respect to the constraints in the designed integrated management and planning of risk based production resources model in a production company, all the solutions that derive from the model,
represent a set of admissible solutions for an optimal production program. Maximizing/ minimizing the preset target functions, result in optimal production program, which is the basis for making the
annual production plan, along with all the component plans that derive from it, as well as operative and daily production plans. Ranking of the risk sources, which is also included by the model,
represent the basis for managing activities, in order to maintain the continuity of product and production quality.
Designing the new management and planning of risk based production resources model, is the basis for rational company management. On the other hand, the necessity of checking out the
approach in concrete and uncertain conditions, leads to respecting specific circumstances in a real production system. The solution of this problem is seen in fast processing of large amount of

“Data exchange” service offers individual users metadata transfer in several different formats. Citation formats are offered for transfers in texts as for the transfer into internet pages. Citation formats include permanent links that guarantee access to cited sources. For use are commonly structured metadata schemes : Dublin Core xml and ETUB-MS xml, local adaptation of international ETD-MS scheme intended for use in academic documents.
